my first Cheaper Medicine Act encounter

As I have shared, I just visited the doctor. With the consultation came a list of medicines that were compulsory and (cliche) expensive.

One of those medicines was Zithromax (Azithromycin dihydrate) from Pfizer which originally costs above 950 Pesos per box containing a whooping 3(three not thirty) tablets. If you already have experienced bacterial cough, you might have taken this tablet before. Because of our lawmakers that burned their eyebrows (an attempt at translating nagsusunog ng kilay), the price was lowered to 454. 29 Pesos. Just look at that giant leap!

If you want more 'wow' effect, just try subtracting the original price with the new price. You will see a 3 digit number. THAT is the amount you saved.
